Anne meets you where you are at, no matter where that is in life. She will walk with you through the change and provide a safe space for you. Throughout your journey she unwaveringly provides space and time for you to process and release at your own pace. With a gentle, inclusive and open-minded approach, Anne will empower you to make change.
Anne is currently also certifying in hypnotherapy and is for a short time offering low-fee Hypnotherapy Sessions. Available in person and online.
