About Stephanie.
Stephanie has over a decade of experience working with clients living with addiction, grief and mental health challenges. Her warm, compassionate approach helps clients feel comfortable to open up and learn new skills to make lasting change. Stephanie has lived experience working through her own grief and trauma, which helps her connect sensitively with her clients.
She founded a grief support group for people who have lost loved ones to substance abuse and has provided mental health services to Indigenous populations in remote Nunavut communities. As a mother of two, Stephanie is currently pursuing additional training to support couples & parents. She is open minded and meets clients wherever they are at in their healing journey.
